One of my favourite parts of fashion is that everything encourages the discovery of new designers. 'Future fashion' required me to look at designers that held inspiration for my work and I chose Edda Gimnes. Her work although 3D has a 2D feel to it which makes it so unique. For this particular page, I collaged some of her designs which gave me a mood board to work from. I then chose some garments from other designers, marking them with Gimnes' style. I feel that the pop of yellow used in Gimnes' work accentuates the minimalistic quality of her work.
